MODELSWARD 2017, the 5th International Conference on Model-Driven Engineering and Software Development, was held from February 19th to 21st in Porto, Portugal. This conference aims to provide a platform to present research results and development activities in using models and model-driven engineering techniques for software development.
Previous posts have reported on AMASS presence at different conferences, workshops, and meetings, mostly at research-oriented ones (e.g. SAFECOMP 2016). However, the project’s dissemination activity has not been limited to only academic audiences, but AMASS has also been introduced at several industry-targeted events.
As explained in a prior post, AMASS contributed to the organization of the SASSUR workshop at SAFECOMP 2016, the 35th International Conference on Computer Safety, Reliability and Security. The AMASS “white paper” was presented at SASSUR. In addition, some AMASS partners participated in other SAFECOMP events.
SASSUR 2016, the Fifth International Workshop on Next Generation of System Assurance Approaches for Safety-Critical Systems, was held on September 20, 2016, in Trondheim, Norway, as a SAFECOMP 2016 workshop. SASSUR is one of the key events for scientific dissemination in AMASS, and the project supported the organisation of the workshop.
AMASS dissemination work will play a major role so that the project reaches its expected impact. This work has indeed been going on since the beginning of the project. From the description of the background technologies to the explanation of what the project aims to achieve, AMASS partners are contributing to project dissemination.
